StoryScale: Customer Session Timeout

StoryScale has a default session timeout of 120 minutes on a sliding expiration scale and each action by a user will extend that timeout for additional time. The software also employs a keep alive operation that will keep the session open for active users while long running operations are occurring.

Customers using SSO for authentication can also enforce specific timeouts via their SSO platform.
